I had a cop follow me through Hoquiam once. I knew I wasn't wearing my seatbelt, but rather than discretely slip it on, I leaned against the deal that holds the seatbelt on the side of the car. I'm pretty sure that's why he pulled me over and gave me a $110 no-seatbelt ticket.

Thats pretty cheap. Mine was like $120 and that was 6 years ago or so.
